Primitiva Mediterránea does not collect, store or share any personal data. There is no registration, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The only information processed is an anonymous purchase history, and only if you decide to buy one of the optional decorative packs.
This policy explains how the Primitiva Mediterránea application ("the app" or "the game"), developed and published by Joinvine S.L., handles information. The app is an educational game for children and has been designed from the ground up to work without collecting information about the people who use it.
Data we collect
The app does not request, collect or transmit personal data. Specifically, it does not collect:
- Name, email address or contact details.
- Location, advertising identifiers or usage data.
- Photos, contacts or any content from the device.
In-app purchases
The game is free and complete. It offers optional, purely decorative purchases (customization of avatars, emblems, map skies and card backgrounds). If you decide to make a purchase:
- The purchase is processed through the App Store (Apple) and our purchase management provider, RevenueCat.
- To validate the purchase and restore it across your devices, a purchase history is processed, associated with an automatically generated anonymous identifier. This identifier is not linked to your identity: the app does not ask for registration or any personal data, and we cannot identify you from it.
- This information is not used for advertising or tracking, and is not shared with third parties other than Apple and RevenueCat, acting as data processors. You can review RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
If you make no purchases, the app does not communicate with these services about you in any way.
The game stays on your device
Everything that happens in the game —including game progress— stays on the device. Progress is saved locally and is never sent anywhere.
No tracking. The app uses no analytics of its own, no advertising, no social networks and no tracking tools. There are no cookies, no pixels, and no advertising identifiers.
Children
Primitiva Mediterránea is designed for children and honors that responsibility by design: it collects no personal data, including when purchases are made. Purchases require the App Store's authorization mechanisms (such as a password or family approval set up by parents via "Ask to Buy"). The app contains no advertising, no links to social networks, and no way for a child to leave the safe environment of the game.
Changes to this policy
If the app's behavior ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and reflect the new revision date at the top. Until then, this document describes the app's real, current behavior.
