Ingredients:

4 to 6 servings

  • Half a green lettuce
  • Half a red lettuce
  • 2 oranges
  • Half of red onion, cut into thin strips

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar

Preparation:
