4 to 6 servings

  • Half a green lettuce
  • Half a red lettuce
  • 2 oranges
  • Half of red onion, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon of capers
  • 100 grams of olives stuffed with anchovies
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon of sherry vinegar
  • 10 ml of olive oil myOlibaby
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • A teaspoon chopped of fresh tarragon
